At Sparyssm, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for purchases made from us (online or showroom).

By purchasing from Sparyssm, you agree to the terms below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or defective product received.

  2. Wrong product delivered.

  3. Product not matching the description provided at the time of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Used products

  • Items purchased under “CLEARANCE SALE / NO RETURN” conditions

  • Customized or specially ordered products


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your invoice number, product images, and reason for return

  3. Our team will verify the request and confirm approval

  4. Once approved, you can return the product to the address provided by us

Return shipping charges:

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping cost.

  • If the customer changes their mind, return shipping is borne by the customer.


5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • We will replace it with a new item at no extra cost

  • If the product is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund

Replacement is provided only after the returned product is received and inspected.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • Product is not available for replacement

  • You receive a damaged or defective product and choose a refund instead of replacement

  • Wrong item delivered and replacement not desired

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account


7. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

You may cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it.
Full refund will be issued.

After Shipping:

Cancellation is not possible after shipment.
You may request a return after receiving the product (as per Return Policy).


8. Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only for:

  • Size variations (if applicable)

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product received

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
